We all face those hard times when we begin to feel low and start to loose the energy and motivation in us. Have you ever tried to find out why ?

  • Make sure you exercise everyday , a healthy body leads to a healthy mind .
  • Eat quality foods like fruits and green-leafy vegetables which are filled with vitamins, minerals , carbohydrates etc. Quality is always better than the quantity of food we eat .
  • Consume fluids , it helps to flush out the toxins and keeps you hydrated throughout the day.
  • Plan your next day , the night before .
  • Get yourself some quality sleep.
  • Prioritize your tasks on a scale of 5 and do the tasks that are more important.
  • Meditate , it helps us clear our thoughts and calms our mind and body .
  • Practice positive thinking . A healthy body and a healthy mind ultimately leads to positive thoughts .
  • Reward yourself at the end of the day which can include being with family, going out , meeting friends and neighbors etc. or patting your back at times to keep yourself going.
